Get Involved

Volunteer

CFRDF  relies solely on the work of volunteers to make our organization happen. We have a range of volunteer opportunities available such as

  • taking a shift running a Brat Wagon
  • volunteering at the 5k Toga Run/Walk (September 8)
  • participating on a marketing or event committee
  • event planning

If you would like to volunteer for the upcoming Chloe’s Fight 5K, please contact us at info@chloesfight.org.

Join the MN Rare Action Network

In order to make meaningful change in the lives of rare disease patients and their families in the state of Minnesota, we need you! Become active with the Rare Action Network by joining and utilizing the resources available on this website to take action and create change.

Want to learn more about the Minnesota Rare Action Network and how you can get involved? Come out and meet your Minnesota State Ambassador at the Southdale Library from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm! It is a great time to network with other advocates and discuss issues facing the Minnesota Rare Disease community.

Fundraise for Chloe’s Fight at the 5K

After you register for Chloe’s Fight, create your own personal page to encourage friends and family to support you or your team at the 5K. To find out more on how to set up this page or to find some tips on how to raise $250 this year, click here: Fundraising-for-Chloes-Fight_2015.pdf. Currently CFRDF is funding a research project under the leadership of Dr. Paul Orchard and Dr. Jakub Tolar. We raise it, they start it.
